Bedroom 4 is the smallest of the bedrooms and is arranged with bunkbeds - perfect for children - offering a compact layout that is efficiently designed and well balanced for everyday use.

The Bath/Shower Room is located on the first floor and is well appointed with a modern suite, incorporating a bath with overhead shower, wash basin, and toilet, finished to a practical and functional standard.

The Living Room is located on the ground floor and provides a comfortable and welcoming reception space with wood-burning stove

The Kitchen is a bright and functional modern space that opens directly onto the garden. Equipped with everything you’d need - coffee machine, fridge freezer, and cooking facilities

Please feel free to use the washing machine and drying room during your stay. There’s a washing line in the garden too - pegs found in the laundry.
