The Salt Box is located in the heart of Marhamchurch, a quintessentially-Cornish village near the coastal town of Bude. The stone cottage has been recently renovated and modernised, providing you with all of the essentials you might need for a week near the sea.

A stone’s throw away from the cottage you’ll find the community shop, church, and village facilities, while the surrounding lanes and footpaths offer easy countryside walks to the coast, canal, or into the rural surrounds.

The Bullers Arms pub is a two minute walk away. The Revel Field, in the centre of the village, is a well-equipped recreational area. For larger supermarkets, restaurants, a glass of wine or an award-winning Cornish pasty, Bude town centre is less than 10 minutes by car.

Widemouth Bay, Summerleaze and Crooklet’s beaches are all RNLI-lifeguarded for keen surfers and swimmers alike, and for the braver visitors, Bude’s iconic Sea Pool is open year round.
